Since 2010, our MD Richard has undertaken various party appointed expert assignments, and has experience of cross examination at Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) and International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) or International Chamber of Arbitration (ICA), and also in the UK High Court. The nature of the work is real estate valuation, typically associated with loss of income. The quantum of claims range from USD3 million to USD 600 Million.

Asset Audit
We have also undertaken Asset Audit of Real Estate, Plant and Equipment, particularly in emerging markets. These instructions can be investigative in nature. For example:
- We were instructed by the Qatari Investment Authority to audit some work they had sponsored in the Comoros Islands.
- On the instructions of the World Bank, we were seconded to Deloitte to track down the Libyan government’s numerous real estate assets in West Africa.
- Instructed by a global oilfield services provider, we went to Turkmenistan to audit their real estate assets.
